Cancellations & refunds
If a gift cannot be kept
Write to etsamanyafoods@gmail.com or call 99401 84841 before we pack, and we will cancel and refund through PayU. Once spices, nuts, or dry fruits have been packed, we cannot take them back for a change of mind — they are food.
If a parcel arrives damaged, short, or clearly not what was ordered, send a photograph within forty-eight hours of delivery. We will replace or refund after we see the pack.
Refunds, when due, return to the original PayU method within seven to ten working days of approval.
